Tiny Wings 2.0 for iPhone and Tiny Wings HD for iPad now available
The much anticipated sequel to Tiny Wings has just hit the App Store for the iPhone and iPad. It features a whole new game mode called "Flight School", 15 new hand-crafted levels, and a few new additions to the bird family.
The great news is that Tiny Wings 2.0 for iPhone is not a new app, which means previous Tiny Wings players get this update for free! On the other hand, Tiny Wings HD for iPad is a separate, new app and is available for $2.99.

Why is there no iPad support? It says retina display support but its still the stretched out iPhone app when on my iPad 2..:( Fullscreen iPad optimized games are really key here :(
There will be an iPad optimized version. It is launching tonight and the rollout is ongoing currently. It hasn't showed up for me yet, but it is coming.
By "Retina" in the iPhone app the developer means the iPhone version is now retina. The iPad version will be retina as well.
Pretty classy of him to make the update free.
I really have no idea why people are so in love with Tiny Wings...
