Three month old iPhone reportedly combusts in Finnish man’s back pocket

A three month old iPhone has reportedly combusted in a user’s pocket in Finland. According to the report, the iPhone was safely stored in his pants back pocket when smoke started to appear. The phone was ripped from his pocket and thrown to the ground. The whole incident was caught on a security camera.

Virgin Mobile to start selling the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S from today

Virgin Mobile USA owned by Sprint Nextel Corp, will start selling the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S on its pre-paid network starting from today. Announced earlier this month, Virgin Mobile will become the second pre-paid network to offer the iPhone on its network after Cricket also announced that it would carry the iPhone starting on June 22nd.

Google Drive now available for iPhone, iPad

Today at I/O 2012 Google announced that they're extending their cloud storage service to iOS devices, allowing iPhone and iPad owners to remotely access their documents, music, photos, and other files. It has some cool tricks baked in, such as optical character recognition, so you can search through documents that have been scanned or photographed.
