Apple discontinues AppleCare+ bundles for the iPhone and Apple Watch

Apple has apparently discontinued the sale of bundled AppleCare+ packages for the iPhone and Apple Watch. Introduced earlier this year, it allowed customers to purchase an AppleCare+ protection plan for both their iPhone and Apple Watch at once, rather than purchasing separate plans for each.
AppleCare+ offers extended two-year limited warranties, two years of free technical support, and repairs on two incidents of accidental damage. AppleCare+ for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus costs $129, while for older iPhones it costs $99. For the Apple Watch Sport, the protection plan will run you $49, while for the stainless steel watch, that price is $69. AppleCare+ for the gold Apple Watch Edition, which features three years of support and technical support, is available for $1,500.
