Apple seeds iOS 4.3 beta 2 for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Apple TV to developers
Apple has just released iOS 4.3 beta 2 for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, and Apple TV to developers. This comes just one week after iOS 4.3 beta 1 was seeded, well ahead of Apple's usual every-two-weeks beta schedule.

Why would devs want the apple tv beta, can they write apps for it yet?
Looks like the 4 and 5 finger multi-touch gestures is also for beta use only, final version will not ship with it. : (
