I play "We Rule/City" a lot but it isn't very social without a real chat option. So my favorite social game is chess with friends.

My pick would be Lil' Pirates. Pretty fun.
Haypi Kingdom has me hooked, surprisingly deep strategy.

I'd go for High Noon! Except for FourSquare and NOVA, none of the others really take advantage of the iPhone. :-/
