App Giveaway: Priorities for iPhone and iPad

Priorities for iPhone and iPad is a productivity app meant to help you with to-dos and lists. It supports custom, color-coded pages for optimum organization. Priorities is now a universal app and data can be synced between all your devices.

I have a mild addiction to to-do apps, which is rather strange considering that I continue to struggle with completing many of my tasks, but that's beside the point. Of my plethora of to-do apps, Priorities is now one of my favorites. Too often, I run into to-do apps that are packed with so many features, that I practically need to have a separate to-do list for adding items to my to-do list because of how long it takes to add an item. Not with Priorities! Priorities comes with the features I need and adding a new item with a due date and reminder only takes up seconds of my time. Not to mention, the UI is beautiful.

Throw out your pen and paper, because with Priorities, everything you need is literally at your fingertips. Quickly scan through your pages of to-dos with the touch of a finger and add new to-dos with the ease of a single button. Add alerts, due dates, due times, and notes right from the Add screen. Create and save templates to use again and again. Use the syncing feature to backup your data and share pages with a family member, a friend or a coworker. Priorities is a must-have for anyone who wants to stay organized!

  • Universal App - One app optimized for your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
  • Fast Add - Quickly add tasks or lists of items with a touch of a finger.
  • Due Dates, Due Times, & Notes - Assign a due date, a due time, and record notes for a task or item.
  • Priorities - Star everything that is high-priority and view them at-a-glance in your Priorities page.
  • Reminders - See a badge count of your starred items on the Priorities home screen icon, and set popup and/or sound alerts for important items.
  • Multi-tiered task management - Create pages, lists with sub-items, and tasks with sub-tasks to make organizing easier.
  • Calendar Integration - View all your items with due dates in your calendar (iOS 4 w/ multitasking required).
  • Templates - Save a page as a template if you want to use it again later. This is a great feature for grocery shopping and travel!
  • Multiple Pages - Create custom, color-coded pages to keep track of all areas of your busy life. Tap or swipe to review them at-a-glance.
  • Sync - Use our secure server to sync for backup and to sync between multiple devices.
  • Page Sharing - Create a sync account and assign pages to be shared with others. This is a great feature for sharing a shopping list with a spouse or sharing to-dos with colleagues!
  • Themes & Appearance - Customize the appearance of the app’s title bar, background, font and paper color.
  • Other Features - Search, Landscape, Sort, Passcode Lock, built-in Hot Links for phone numbers, email addresses and websites, and more.

A good way to cross of a lot of to-do list items is to include things like "take a sip of coffee" and "check Google Reader" in your to-do list.
But seriously, I got one thing crossed off so far today... and working on #2 while procrastinating on this site. :)

Tupacshomey420 says:

The provided outcome is dependent on how many minor and major tasks you have. Eating breakfast should never be on your list, otherwise I check off like 30 items during daylight hours haha... And 1 at night (Sleep)

I would spend my day getting more things done using Priorities. Crossing off creation of marketing plan for new client, research on consumer habits for new business pitch, flowers for my wife and reservations for anniversary dinner this weekend. Yes ... Getting MORE things done with Priorities.

NotHomer says:

Crossed off 5 out of 8 things. But the day is not over. Priorities looks like it could be an app to increase those odds.

kmichalec says:

While sitting in 1 hour of traffic each morning, I usually think about a good 4-5 things I need to do or people to call that day. But usually, since I don't have anything to note these tasks down, I tend to forget a few every day, which causes me to get behind the next day. Then, the cycle repeats the next day. It'd be nice to have something to keep track of these tasks while stuck in traffic (only while stopped, of course, cause using a smartphone while driving would be DANGEROUS!!)

Cariesp says:

would love this,... i have a handwritten list at my desk for work related "to do"s and it is always getting updated and rewritten and added to. an online option would be fabulous and i could combine work and personal "to do"s

Jmiller says:

I cross off about 10 to-do's a day but I should be crossing off triple that. I work extensively with lists and sub lists. If this app is as easy to use as you say this would be a big help in court

kirbini says:

I am a serial procrastinator. An app like this would surely kill me.
In for one...

Machine gunport says:

my wife and boss think I should be crossing off more than I do :)

Steven says:

I have so much to do on my list, including finding a todo program just like this. Winning would let me cross the first one off the list :)

Raymond says:

I cross-off at least 4 items a day regularly. Some repeating daily/weekly and some adhoc within the day.
I've cross off all of my list today. And I want to add "winning" to my today's list.

jrodri8820 says:

Want to cross off all my to do's

Fornate says:

I usually cross off 5-6 items per day, when I'm staying in the flow.
