If you're doing some shopping for a new rate plan in Canada, Rogers, TELUS, and Bell have now gone ahead and introduced several new unlimited talk and text plans to choose from. Sadly, looking at the plans there is very little difference between them all in terms of pricing and included offerings. In fact, the plans are pretty much identical to each other. Let's take a look at them individually:
You'll notice TELUS has set their pricing at $5 more than Rogers and Bell. The reason for that is because included in their package is caller ID, voicemail, and unlimited family calling on all the plans.
Personally speaking, with the plans offering so very little differences between them I'd be more concerned with who has better coverage and compare their other service offerings before fully deciding.
It seems pretty clear they're not competing at the plan level in any sort of way, which makes the decisions even harder for Canadian wireless consumers. If you're looking for more info, you can hit the source links below.
