GarageBand for iOS updated with Audiobus support

GarageBand for iOS has been updated with editing enhancements, bug fixing, and Audiobus support. Audiobus is an app that facilitates communication between supported music apps, allowing you to, for instance, create a track in one app, send it immediately to another for filtering or effects work, then send the filtered audio into another app, like a multi-track recorder. This all takes place within the apps themselves, no need to copy or use an “Open In...” menu.
Audiobus recently announced an SDK for developers who want to support its capabilities.
Other enhancements includ the ability to turn off grid snapping, giving users greater control when editing their recordings. There is also a fix for an issue that caused feedback when connecting third-party audio accessories through the headphone jack.
The update is live one the App Store. Go grab it and let us know what you think.

I wish I could give a good comment about this, but I find playing guitar on an iPad is beyond stupid.
Yeah it is sooo stupid to record something using amplitube and add drums or bass background in garage band....sooooo stupid
Dittos czhDavid... there's tons of things that can be done that the person you replied to has no idea of...
Obviously I was somewhat ignorant on this fact. Do find it funny I made two people somewhat cry.
Yeah, so stupid... o.O

Wow.. this is awesome.. :) Thanks for the share!!
Wow! Excellent share man! This is why the iPad is the only tablet to consider on the market. Great find!
Great news for us musicians. Got to try it!
The iPad will just get better at recorded music, guitar, bass, drums. Look a Auria. For 50 bucks you have a 48 track DAW. With an interface, you can go portable anywhere. More, and more music apps will go in this direction to share. Audiobus is a great thing.
This appears to be a good update. I have to check it out.
Sound cool. I wish I had the time to mess around with it...
I wish I knew how to mess around with it!
i've tried it on the ipad but i find it's better on the mac
No I do not have a mac, so I cannot say for sure that it would be better on an iPad.. but I am curious how the experience would be to use such an app without a touchscreen.. or maybe I am missing something??

I'll probably get my Mac card revoked, but I haven't downloaded GarageBand for iOS yet. It's on my list, but I get distracted by games
Garage band is my favorite app
I really wish I knew more about GarageBand.... I use amplitube right now and I'm not really that happy with it.
This is perfect for creating custom ringtones and such. I love having R2D2 as my text tone. <3
The recent change with audiobus has me using my first gen ipad and slaving it with my 3rd gen. That's my intention anyhow. Try ikaossilator, drumjam and loopy hd. They all chat with one another. Impaktor is just fun.
