Apple launches iTunes in the Cloud for movies in eleven European countries

Apple has launched movies through iTunes in the Cloud in eleven European countries. Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden now have access to the service, according to confirmation provided by Apple to The Next Web, allowing them to stream and re-download movies through iTunes.

Additionally, France now has access to TV shows through iTunes in the Cloud.

Movies over iTunes in the Cloud are now available to users in 80 countries, while TV shows are only supported in five, Australia, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Why is there no "flag for spam" button on iMore comments anymore?! It gets annoying reading those junk comments on every article. With the button, at least the community could auto-remove them as soon as possible without moderator intervention.

On-topic: Newly released movies (like for example Skyfall) on iTunes in HD are pretty expensive here in Switzerland (usually 27$). How much are they in the US store? But I must say Apple has improved them a lot, nowadays they seem to be available in multi-language (several audio tracks as well as subtitles) so everyone can buy them, people who like the original and people who like dubbed versions. Too bad TV shows aren't available yet, but even if they were they would probably still be released several months/weeks/days after the US television premiere (compared to max. 1 hour for torrents).
